Stampin' Up! Gorgeous Leaves - Autumn Card Making

Welcome to our Autumn Blog hop, we
our a group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from
all over the world sharing Card Making & Papercraft
ideas and inspiration using Stampin' Up! Products, you're
currently with me Laura Mackie a Demonstrator from
the United Kingdom

I LOVE Autumn cosy dark nights, the
changing of the leaves, visiting our local
Pumpkin Patch and yummy winter dinners. I love summer
but nothing beats being in your PJ's by 5pm
hehe dont judge me lol!
and in my craft room by 7pm!

Here is the card I made

This card began by creating the background,
I saw a cute card with cute Mice and
gorgeous background on
Instagram by Paper Pretty Boutique
her background was divine and instantly I wanted
to try and recreate it, and this was the outcome,

Pale Papaya cardstock with Rich Razzleberry Ink
and a Blending Brush

I then had no idea where my card was headed so reached for
a new Stamp set from Stampin' Up!
Gorgeous Leaves,

I decided to stamp some leaves, to create the leaves
I used the Baby Wipe Technique with Reinkers
to create my own custom ink pad, this
is how you get all those fab colours in one stamp!

I used reinkers in
Pale Papaya
Rich Razzleberry
Bumblebee
Cajun Craze
Crushed Curry

If you havent had a go making you own ink
pad with the Baby Wipe Technique you
definetly should, I lay two or three
folded Baby Wipes on top of each other
on to Clear Block E
then add generous drops of ink randomly!

I've tried to create the look of falling leaves, and added
a few little leaves stamped directly onto my background

My sentiment is heat embossed in white
embossing powder onto
Basic Black cardstock, Sentiment is from
the Flowers of Friendship stamp set.

Champagne Rhinestones and a bow tied in Crumb Cake
Bakers Twine to finish,

Card Base - Crumb Cake.

All the supplies I've used today
are listed below and available via my online shop
if your in the UK, France, Germany or Netherlands.

I hope our hop inspires you today and gets you ready
for those cosy crafty nights in!
