Today is my Brother In Laws 30th birthday, and here is the card I made for him using the new Love Sparkles Stamp set - Now its doesn't scream that this set is for the males in out lives - but I hope you agree with me that it is???
I used a really simple colour scheme of Basic black and whisper white
its actually a really simple card with a quirky money holder in side the card...
I made a really simple pocket to hold £30, the pocket is made by cutting a piece of cardstock 10cm x 11cm then cutting across diagonally to approx. 5cm, then I popped some read tape on the 2 sides and bottom... quick and easy and perfect!
I also popped the sentiment 'thought you'd like to spend your day spending' on the money pocket..
this sentiment comes from the B.Y.O.P stamp set (137159) it is £23 and it includes lovely sentiments for when you are giving money or vouchers... for new babys, weddings, thank yous and birthdays...
I also got him a silly tshirt and pair of socks with '30' on for a giggle and made this little
gift tag for the bag I made... I love the 'Open me Already' sentiment!!
