Kre8tors Blog Hop - Colour Challenge

Image may contain: text

Welcome to this months Kre8tors Blog hop, this hop is made up of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from all over the world, your currently hopping with me Laura Mackie a UK Demonstrator.

This month are theme is a Colour Challenge
How beautiful is the picture! but boy was this a challenge
Melissa you really got my brain working over drive!

Image may contain: sky, outdoor and nature

Here are my cards using the colours featured in the picture above:

I created the 'sky' with Petal Pink and Highland Heather ink using the Sponge Brayers, these are so lovely and easy to use, I never got on with a Brayer but these are so easy to use!

I choose a square card making a 5x5 Grey Granite card base for both of my cards,
Whisper White layer for stamping on measures 10cm x 10cm,
card layer on both measure 10.5cm x 10.5cm

these are not my first cards! but I didn't love anything I made! boy I struggled! and I cant wait to see what everyone came up with,  I decided I was overthinking it and tried to recreate the photo with the Stampin' Up! Waterfront Stamp set which is the stamp set I initially went for!

The card above I added a Christmas Sentiment as felt it was perfect for this!
and my other card I was going to leave blank but changed my mind and added 'sending prayers'

I hope you enjoyed my cards today, please do now head over to Anastasias Blog for more inspiration,
