I really dont know where the weeks go, but here we are back for another new Make My Monday Challenge, and this week Sue has chosen the theme Holidays / Vacations,
Heres my card…
Beach huts – loved them as a child and ive always wanted one but this is probably the closest I’ll get to one.. they remind me of holidays in Britain, we just dont always get the blue skies!!
My little huts were made using cardstock cut too 6cm x 4cm, The roof pitch was cut 2cm down from either side to middle of the cardstock, the flutted roof front was made using my SU scallop border punch from the new kraft cardstock.
I made the clouds using my cupcake builder punch with whisper white ink and a sponge dauber..
I spent the weekend mainly on my own crafting, my boyf was working and my Son spent the weekend on his first Cub camp and to make it more special he was invested too.. Here he is friday evening
I think they really had tough camping conditions with the wind, rain and thunder bless them, but if they can camp in that they can camp in anything
