Heres another card I made....

I extended the length of the candles, the join is hidden under the ribbon... they weren't quite long enough for what I wanted....but extending them worked perfectly 

the candles in the stamp set are also party blower / horn, instead of adding the flame you add the curled end and frilly stamps - we all love a dual use stamp!!
