Welcome & thank you for joining us for this months Kre8tors blog hop, you have possibly just joined me from Melissa who I'm sure has spoilt you with her gorgeous creations..
This month our theme is to use this gorgeous photo and colour combination in anyway we wish! I just want to sit on one of those steps and daydream doesn't it look divine! I love Autumn the trees turning, the chill in the air with cozy evenings with the log burner lit however right now we are currently experiencing amazingly warm days which for England in October is weird, but we're enjoying it knowing that Winter will be here too soon,
but back to reality and our blog hop! and my card
So I sat making my card for todays hop last night stupid idea as my pictures
are not great as the lighting was terrible... my card uses a new favourite Stamp set of mine First Frost!
I love an Autumnal birthday card! and I managed to use every colour bar Soft Suede unless I could get away with my gold Metallic pearls for Soft Suede???
My background is embossed with the new Corrugated dynamic embossing folder
using Grey Granite cardstock
the smaller flowers are stamped in Real Red and Pumpkin Pie ink, my larger flowers are stamped into Pumpkin Pie but I then added Real Red to the centres of the flowers with a Dauber (see pic below) this really adds depth to this already beautiful flower stamp from the First Frost Stamp set.
I will be back this week with more First Frost Ideas and Inspiration
Your next hop is over to Sandra (HERE) who I'm sure has a beautiful
interpretation of the colour challenge for you
