Stampin' Up! Pretty Perennial Stamp set

Todays hop is all about just sharing
what we have been up to...
I'm sharing a card I made for a recent online class,
each attendee received the Stampin' Up! Pretty Perennials
stamp set, we made several cards and this is one of them...
The card uses Rococo Rose, Seaside Spray,
Night Of Navy and Old Olive Ink, colours
inspired from the Paper Blooms DSP as they
also received this in their kits.
I love the colours together!
To make my card
I've used a Rococo Rose 5x5 card base
Basic White layer 12cm x 12cm
Night of Navy Layer 12.3cm x 12.3cm
I then used a roll of tear and tape and a pencil
to add the rough circle shape for my wreath
onto the Basic White layer.
Then I stamped lots of flowers, leaves and foliage
in my choosen colours, which I then cut out
either hand cut or use the co-ordinating dies,
I laid my pieces around my circle pencil line and
once happy started to adhere them in place!
This stamp set is so pretty and I just adore the 'Happy'
greeting I've fussy cut so many of these now and think
I could possibly do it with my eyes closed!
I used the fab Opal Round adhesive backed
embellishments to add to the centres of some of the flowers and
to scatter around the card, these are so pretty as they have
a iridescent finish and lend themselves to
any colour project.

I've coloured the Crinkled Whisper White Ribbon
with a Night of Navy Stampin' Blends Alcohol marker.
