Stampin' Up! Sweet as a Peach
Welcome to this months Ink. Stamp. Share monthly Blog Hop we our a
group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from all over the world
sharing card making and papercraft ideas and inspiration using
Stampin' Up! Products. Your currently with me Laura Mackie a
Stampin' Up! Demonstrator from the UK.
Each month we host a hop with a theme and this months theme is
Case The Annual Catalogue.
What does CASE mean, it basically
means to copy
Copy And Share Everything!
Casing is a great way to kick start creativity
if your struggling to get going! the Stampin' Up!
Catalogues - Annual and Mini both are
not just a catalogue of amazing products
but jampacked full of fabulous Ideas and Inspiration
we often forget that and head to places like
Pinterest for ideas when we have a fabulous
catalogue with ideas at our fingertips!
I decided to case the card on page 36
of the Stampin' Up! 2021/22 Annual Catalogue
I Loved the layout and as I didnt have the floral stamp set
that was used in the sample I decided to use the
Sweet as a Peach stamp set with the
Create with Friends Stamp set
When you CASE you dont need to copy exactly
it could be the layout you love like my card
today which inspired me and then I've
then adapted with the Sweet as a Peach
Stamp set
The card base is square measuring
5x5 or 12.8cm x 12.8cm
Card Base uses Pale Papaya cardstock with
an embossed Basic white layer measuring
12cm x 12cm / 4 3/4" x 4 3/4"
As soon as I saw this bundle I loved it,
the bundle includes the Sweet as a Peach Stamp set,
coordinating dies
and the You're a Peach
Designer Series Patterned paper, the Patterened
papers are beauiful and really fresh
featuring the Peaches, Polka dots,
Stripes, florals and more.
To create the two tone peaches I've used Pale Papaya
ink with Calypso Coral, I added the Calypso Coral ink
with a sponge Dauber, the greenery and leaves are
stamped using Pear Pizzazz Ink,
I've also stamped a Peach inside of the card too
(see pic above)
As I didnt have the Embossing folder that the sample
on page 36 used I opted for the Thanks & Hello
Embossing folders using the Hello one
which worked perfectly with the Sentiment
Hello Friend which is stamped using the
Create with Friends Stamp set
