Stampin' For Christmas Blog Hop - Christmas Card Making Ideas

Stampin' Up! New Horizons Christmas Card

Welcome to the Stampin' for Christmas Blog Hop, we our a group
of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from all over the world
sharing Christmas Card making & Papercraft
ideas using Stampin' Up! products,
you're currently with me Laura Mackie
a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator from the United Kingdom.

Here is my Christmas card

for my card today I reached for the New Horizons
6x6 patterned paper, the paper pack is stunning
and all the papers look like watercoloured scenes
or abstract backgrounds,
the papers really are all beautiful.

The one I choose is quite soft and I thought looked a
little wintery, I grabbed my Peaceful Deer Stamp set
so I could add some 'Christmas trees'
which I stamped in Evening Evergreen Ink.

This has to be the simplest Christmas card I've made,
I literally stamped the Tree Stamp 7 times,
added the sentiment again using
Evening Evergreen ink,
I've also used Evening Evergreen
Cardstock for my card base.

I did add some wink of stella to the Christmas Trees
to give them a little Christmas sparkle.
I also flicked some ink on to the sky using my
Dark Smoky Slate Stampin' Blend marker
and again with some Wink of Stella over the sky area,
to make it look a little grey and snowy.

I love how simple this card is but
was sooooo simple to achieve.

All the products I've used for my card
today are listed below.

I hope our hop inspires you today..
