Baby Shower Gift and Gift Box

If you've been visiting my blog this week you'll have seen my baby shower posts! this is the last instalment and today I'm sharing my baby shower gift and gift box 

I made the gift box to hold 2 baby vest I made well not

 made but added vinyl too see them below!

The lid is made with Whisper White cardstock and then stamped in 

Balmy Blue using the First Steps Stamp set, the base is made with Crumb Cake cardstock 

the box measure 12cm x 12cm by 6cm high

I cut the cardstock to 29cm x 29cm then scored on all 4 sides at 1.5cm and 8.5cm

the lid 

cut cardstock too 24.2cm x 24.2cm

score on all 4 sides at 2cm and 4cm 

I lined the box base with balmy blue cardstock.

The bow is tied in Whisper White Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon, the tag was created in a word document and printed on to Whisper White cardstock then die cut with my circle dies.

I wrapped the vests individually in white tissue paper then laid gold tissue paper in the box to wrap around them both, I added a little sentiment inside the box too

here are the little vest which were inside! 

To create the vinyl wording I used my Brother Scan n Cut and cut the words out using 

Arteza Heat Vinyl HERE

The vinyl is great the pack is amazing such a great selection of colours!

and even better it is so easy to weed and then apply! and washes amazing!

Baby Shower Keepsake Frame

OMG! I loved making this! what a great guest book alternative!

the frame featured 2 baby scans, the date of the baby shower and lots of little embellishments! I made it like everything was pegged on with little gold pegs! tied with the Whisper White Polka Tulle all available via my online shop.

I made this as a Guest book alternative, so everyone who came to the baby shower wrote around the frame with well wishes to the new mummy to be! 

What a keepsake - I so wish I'd of had one of these at my Baby Shower! such a cute idea 

the Frame is from Ikea its a Ribba Frame in white measuring 50cm x 50cm

I used a 12x12 sheet of Balmy Blue cardstock for my base which fitted the large aperture perfectly!

We had gold and blue pens for everyone to write in so it matched the colour theme!

how amazing does it look!? 

Keepsake envy ALOT! hahah!!

my sister laughed and said best you have another baby then! but my baby days are done Miss P starts school in September and my son is nearly 14! sleepless nights are not something I long for anymore!! haha

Make My Monday Children & Babies

Ive been absent from Make My Monday for several weeks, due to family stuff and life, but im back for this weeks challenge ‘Babies & Children’
