Happy 2nd Birthday CAS-UAL Fridays

Well today is wet in Norfolk.... has our summer grinded to a very rude holt??? i really hope not, I have a poorly son at home today, he hasnt been right since Saturday and although he went to school yesterday i think hes over doing it so a day on the sofa it is for him, and just hope i can do some work.... 

Its CAS-UAL Fridays 2nd Birthday plus there 100th Challenge so i couldnt resist making a card so i could play along... and to double up i also made my card to pla along with Less is more ... see challenges and links below

Heres a closer look..

The Baja Breeze square background is created by inking up one of my Stampin Up Clear blocks.... i love this effect and its soooo easy and super quick if creating lots of cards... My sentiment is punched from the NEW Petite Curly Label punch using the Ciao, Baby! SU Stamp set....

Hey Crafters… its Monday again, wow doesnt it come round quick!! so you propably have already guessed?? its time for another challenge over at Make My Monday and todays challenge is

CAS One Layer Card

 

so heres my card…


Another Masculine  card, i know  but i seem to be on a roll with them strange for me as i usually struggle….
Ive made the background by inking up my clear block with Baja Breeze ink, then stamped directly on to my Naturals Ivory card base…



My car is then stamped using Midnight Muse as are all the other stamps.. these two colours team together well…



I couldnt resist adding the splodges from French Foliage – i LOVE this set for filling in and adding interest…

Morning Crafters Happy Monday to you all… So today is the start of a new Challenge over at Make my Monday todays challenge is:

Heres my card:

A Masculine card too hey! I fancied a change from my normal girlie cards… I always struggle with mens / boys cards so set myself the challenge..

The paper i used is from the new collection in the Spring and Summer Catalogue – Sunshine and Sprinkles DSP (12 double sided sheets of 12x12 DSP, £9.95 – 126922) and it is packed full of spring colours and also this Monochrome sheet of blues…
