Hi Crafters... Thank you for coming by today...
Today i thought i'd show you what ive been making for my craft stalls that ive been doing. I decided to theme my stand and i thought with it being Valentines and Mother's Day coming up i would use that as my starting point.
After falling in love with the new Spring and Summer Seasonal Catalogue, i fell even more in love with the Hearts a Flutter stamp set, Framelits, More Amour Speciality Designer Series paper and More Amour Designer fabric, so i set about designing my items to sell around the colours featured in the papers and fabrics - Basic Black, Real Red, Pool Party, Very Vanilla and Primrose Petals all perfect colours for Valentines and Gifts for yummy mummys alike...
I did several Craft stands on the run up to Christmas, so already had an idea of what i was making, i was just going to adapt the designs for my new colour pallet, fabrics and papers...
My best seller - the cute little handbags filled with a Lip gloss or Vaseline:
I decorated my bags with lots of different embellishments - no 2 bags are the same, i especially love using the Flower trim like on this little bag
Its available on a 1.8mtr roll for £6.25 - Isnt it just gorgeous, and the lovely thing is because its cream you can colour it yourself to work with any colour scheme you choose.
These are a new little idea i had when i see some cute little sets of heart cookie cutters, i kept humming and harring then decided these cute little boxes were ideal for the cutters... My customers also loved them as they said they didnt have to wrap them...
Next is a new idea i picked up from a swap i received at a recent training i went to.... little magnetic fridge magnets;
Again all embellished differently, Ive also used some of the First Edition Specialty DSP, to cover some of my pegs along side the More Amour DSP.
These are cute little Fabric pouches to hold packs of Tissues.. these went down a total storm over Christmas, and seemed to go down well in my new More Amour fabrics...
These are my little treat bags - each treat bag is filled with a bag of Thorntons Chocolates, and again are great for peopl as they dont have to wrap the gift. Each bag is made using very vanilla card stock which i have randomly stamped using the Hearts a Flutter stamp set - again in my choosen colour pallette to coordinate with my stall...
