Its here again… my 3rd installment of my Christmas Card Club.. Wow were halfway through already..
As some of you may already know I’m running 6 classes one a month from now until November, each month each person makes 8 Christmas cards, giving them a total of 48 cards ready to post on the 1st December.

The Class cost £10 and includes refreshments, you will make 8 cards, 2 of each 4 designs, including envelopes.

July: Christmas card Club

Is it just me or is time flying at the moment, a blink of an eye and it was a month round and time for my Christmas club again.

The card above is a card designed by Monica Gale, which she designed for the Peterborough training which I attended, I love the design for this card and so did my ladies. so thank you Monica.

Us Demo’s love to Swap inspiration!!

A few weeks ago I attended a Stampin’ Up! demonstrators training day in Peterborough. At these training days we of course do some making and the usual Business training.. But the most exciting thing …. all of us demos that go all make swaps either card fronts or scrapbook layouts/pages to swap with each other, we are told how many to make roughly. This time round our theme was Christmas, the only requirements to be taken into account is that it has to be from a current catalogue or mini.. we had to make 40 this is actually not too many when at a previous Regional training i had to make 60.

This is my swap that i made…
it uses Crumb cake card stock, 1/8th Real red taffeta ribbon, real red ink, Contempo Christmas stamp set and the Ornament Punch.
   
As you can see its a simple design, but i had lots of lovely comments about it ..

So all us crafters plan on being organised for Christmas and try to start making our Christmas cards in plenty of time, few including me do it though.. However this year is different for me and 8 other ladies that joined me last month for my first Christmas club, I’m running 6 classes one a month from June till November, each month each person makes 8 cards, giving them a total of 48 cards ready to post on the 1st December. Heres the 4 cards we made in June, we made 2 of each design.
