Stampin' Up! Darling Donkeys Christmas Card

Stampin' Up! Darling Donkeys Christmas card

I'm back today to share another Yup another

card made using the Stampin' Up! Darling Donkeys

Stamp set, when this stamp set was released to us demonstrators

its was back in December and I

knew he would be perfect for Christmas!

The Stampin' Up! Darling Donkeys Stamp set

is only available for another few Days!! yep

that right Sale-a-Bration ends this Sunday!

Michelle Last made a fab card with him wearing a santas hat

and he looked adorable! I couldnt resist making

my own Christmas Card with him!

For my card today I reached for my

Gnome for the Holidays stamp set (now retired)

and used the christmas hat from the lady

gnome to add to my donkey!

How adorable doe he look???

Doesnt he looked pleased as punch with his hat on!??

Notice he should be holding a rose in his mouth??

I carefully masked this off when inking up my stamp

so not stamp it! once I'd coloured the Donkey

any detail i felt was missing I added in with a

Black pen

I've coloured my Donkey with Crumb Cake Alcohol Markers

which I then choose Crumb Cake cardstock for my card base.

I've stamped lots of Christmas Greetings from the
Itty Bitty Christmas Stamp set directly on to

my card base in Crumb Cake ink.

I've added a bow tied in Linen Thread to finish my card!

Stampin' Up! Darling Donkey - Welcome Baby

Stampin' Up! Darling Donkeys New Baby Card

Morning crafty friends, I thought today I would

share with you a New Baby card I made to send to

one of my downline who just had her first baby!

I couldn't resist using the Donkey!

He's just soooo Cute don't you agree??

The Stampin' Up! Darling Donkey Stamp set

I've used the Oh SO Ombre DSP in Bermuda Bay

for the background I love these papers! they are also

I personalised the card adding Harrison's name with

the Playful Alphabet Dies,

The 'welcome' is die cut using the Well Written Dies

in basic black cardstock, I stamped 'Baby' in black

directly onto the DSP background however I wish I hadn't

Dont you hate that! wish I'd of heat embossed it or die cut

the Baby! hey Ho I still love the card!

The donkey is coloured in with my

Stampin' Blends, this time I've used Smoky Slate light and dark

with light petal pink, and light basic black for his feet!
