Today is my last petal parade and fringe scissor creation well probably not as i love them both but i hope you’ve enjoyed what ive shown you - heres a card i made with an ombre theme.. ombre fringe and ombre stamped sentiment…

My base card is just stamped Sahara Sand ink on Sahara Sand Cardstock. to give a watermark effect..

Well its nearly the weekend again… and i get my son back from his dads – yeyyyy!!

Whilst playing with my fringe scissors i wanted to mix it up a bit.. and decided i didnt want straight fringes so reached for my drawer of framelits and look what ive done…

Ive cut the fringe with my scissors and  then with my Large Scallop Edgelit run the card stock through the bigshot – so now i have have fancy scalloped fringe yey!!!

Ive added some little gold flowers into the mix as gold is very on trend in the card making world! – so best be on trend and all that hey!

Stampin Up–Petal Parade is perfect

 

Now you may be wondering about the title of this blog post.. well i do think that the Petal Parade FREE stamp set from Stampin’ Up! is perfect – its pefect for pretty cards and simple cards like todays, it makes amazing one sheet wonder cards and it does male cards too – so do you agree its perfect??

So heres another card ive made with the stamp set and fringe scissors.. this time ive got O’ Neutral!! – I know i left my fav colours on the shelf – Change is good…

Im loving these fringe scissors and there only £8.95 bargain

Stampin’ Up! Fringe Scissor Flowers

 

Im growing very fond of my Fringe Scissors.. to the point of not put them down since Saturday – i may becoming obsessed with them, Ive been making flowers come and see..

Ive been making big flowers and iddy biddy flowers from 1cm x 15cm off cuts of cardstock…

The little gift box flowers are made from bigger bits of card stock… the coastal cabana is made with 2 strips of 30cm x 3cm card stock, the crisp cantelope flower is one strip of 30 x 3cm… by playing around you reallt can make all sizes…

I was thinking by using different colour cardstock could make muticoloured fringe flowers – Ombre style maybe… Im off to play!!
