Stampin’ Up! Blendabilites

Well, Im blown away… blown away with my the New alcohol Markers from Stampin’ Up! their call Blendabilities and they are amazing… Ive never used alcohol markers so didnt know what to expect or even if id beable to acheive a half decent result, by no means am i an expert but im over the moon with the results…

The stamp set Ive used ‘So very Grateful’ is going on Monday, in the Spring & Summer cattie, Ive really loved this set and its fab to colour in… perfect for using with the Blendabilities

So theres room for improvement with my colouring but not bad hey.. and if i can do it so can you, The Blendabilities are available now, they come in packs of 3 for only £10.95, and there available in some amazing SU colours, check them out in my online shop..

I based my card design on a sketch from Freshly Made Sketches

The ‘enjoy’ sentiment is from a new set available in the new cattie come Tuesday..

Stampin’ Up! Technique Class

Todayis my first technique class, Im all prepped and packed and very excited im being joined by 6 crafters and heres what they will be making they will be making 2 cards altogether and a box made with the envelope punch board, – this months technique is heat embossing

Deep opening Aperture card

as you can see the frame inside is heat embossed with gold embossing powder, i saw this idea on pintrest

the stamp is coloured in with ink and an aqua painter, the flowers are made using the flower bigz die and fringe scissors

Stampin’ Up! name badge

I hope you enjoyed seeing my swaps yesterday from the regional training evert, today im sharing with you my name badge i made, and tomorrow I will be sharing with you my Roomie / team Gifts.

The base of my badge is made using the On Film Framelits ( i love them )

Ive used soooo much on my badge but i loved it.. My design was based on my swap with lots of added embellishments

Cardstock used includes Summer Starfruit, Primrose Petals, Coastal Cabana Pistachio pudding and Basic black

Stampin’ Up! Regional training Telford 2014

Saturday i spent the day with fellow demonstrators in Telford for our annual Stampin’ Up! regional training event, we had an amazing day learning about what is coming in the new 2014/2015 Annual Catalogue,

As usual we all made swaps, heres my swap..

Ive used the Stampin’ Up! Postcard stamp, to create the multi coloured background i made my own ink pad using baby wipes and re-inkers, then using a clear block as my stamp, stamped onto my base, then stamped over the top using the floral corner stamp from the So very Grateful stamp set..

The light gold dictionary text was added my lightly dabbing gold ink on to my stamp then rubbing the cardstock lightly onto the stamp, this way you only get image / text where you want it..

I made 60 of these, my sentiment stamp is from the really good greeting stamp set

I could resist toping my swap off with a butterfly..
