Make My Monday–a little bit of Kraft

 

Happy monday crafters, i had a lovely day yesterday with fellow demos at the peterborough training i will share some of the swaps i received later this week with you – but first its back to make my monday for a new challenge and this weeks challenge is..

a little bit of Kraft

Stampin up dont do Kraft cardstock but they do do Baked brown sugar and its yummy just like Kraft.. heres my card..

Ive seen a few people now using the new Stampin up tag punches to make closures to cards so though id give it ago..

I'm soooo sorry I've been such a bad blogger lately, I've been so busy though with my day job, plus I have had several craft stands, but the most exciting thing I had was the stampin up,convention in Manchester which was amazing my first ever convention and I was wow'ed at how amazing it was, I spent four days, three nights away with like minded ladies...

Before the convention stampin up released a creative contest for all demonstrators to enter if they wished.... I decided to enter with a 3d item, there was a choice a card, scrapbook page or 3d item... Here was my entry....

I made the cup cosy by stamping plain fabric using the simply stars stamp set, I then covered a paper cup in coordinating DSP, and made a box using window sheets and matching card stock - Bermuda bay.. Heres a closer look

And here is my little beauty siting at convention.... I was sooo chuffed and still am I won a £50 Stampin up shopping spree eeekkk exciting...

Christmas in July

 

Its monday yet again… already!!!??? really lol, I hope you all had a lovely weekend and enjoyed the sunshine. Saturday i went to try on a bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding then went on to get my son his Birthday present from his Grandma – a new bike… Saturday evening i had a girlie night / meal out with the mums from my sons school, we had a lovely evening with good food, Yesterday we had a chilled day followed by a lovely bike ride… so on to todays Make my Monday Challenge and this week is my first Challenge ‘Christmas in July’ as i start a christmas club in July in my local village – it runs for the next few months so at the end of the club the ladies that come have 48 christmas cards….
