Kre8tor’s Christmas blog hop

                         Image may contain: text

Welcome to this months Kre8tors blog hop, thank you for joining me this month our theme is Christmas! are you ready?? I'm not! I haven't even got my Christmas tree up yet that's todays job!

I'm sharing a cute little gift bag, they are so quick to make and you can get 2
from a sheet of 12x12 DSP!

The base is made from a box then the DSP is wrapped around the cardstock base, hole punch the top and add a pretty tag!

The base looks like this:

To make the base you need a piece of cardstock measuring

inches - 4" x 5.5" score on all 4 sides at 1"

cm's - 10.5cm x 14cm score on all 4 sides at 3cm

Cut away corners to create tabs, adhere tabs to create box,

Cut dsp to 12" x 6" / 15.5cm x 30.5cm

Add double sided tape to 1 long side and 1 short side, wrap DSP around box base, ensure the join will be in the centre of 1 of the long sides which will be at the back, wrap DSP around then remove strip from short side to adhere the DSP ends together! hole punch top for ribbon and tag and voila!

I've used the Festive Farmhouse DSP, with a tag made using Grey Granite Cardstock
and the Sprig punch, again very quick and easy

The sentiment is stamped in Cherry Cobbler ink using the Farmhouse Christmas Stamp set, I've added hand stitching around the punch out Sentiment,

I added a few pearls which I coloured with my dark Cherry Cobbler Blend Alcohol Marker.
