Happy Monday – peps, today is the start of a new challenge over at Make My Monday and this week it was my turn to come up with the challenge.. and my theme is

Flowers or Trees

and here is the card i made using My Digital Studio, with a finishing touch from a punch…

I couldnt resist adding a hint of the hand made touch with a punched flower and vintage facinated button with some bakers twine…

What Ive used today:
Stamps – Pocket Silhouettes, Flower Shop and Postcard Ink / Cardstock – Old olive, Very Vanilla and Rich Razzleberry Embossing folder – Pretty Print Embellishments – Linen Thread, Rich Razzleberry stitched grosgrain ribbon.  To purchase anything ive used today you can buy direct from the online shop, its available 24/7 so you may shop when ever the 'need' takes you day or night, i will of course still be at the end of the phone if you have any questions or need a spot of advice..  Shopping online is easy,  you simply create a free account with a password which you log in with every time it will ask for your address and a delivery address if you would like this to be different, Delivery is only £4.95 however BIG or small your order is - Deliveries are by secure UPS couriers and require a signature.

Heres what I've made for the hop...

I saw this idea on Pintrest a while back - a money holder / pocket... I loved it so much i decided to have a go at putting my own version together and here it is....

I'm going to be adding in the next day or so a post with the dimensions and instructions on how i made the money pocket - they are so easy and quick though  and will be great for Christmas too... Heres a closer look (p.s excuse the tatty £10 note!!  lol)

I've used a colour combination of Whisper White with Strawberry Slush and Coastal Cobana, 

I also made a card to go with my money pocket..

spot the stitching - ive finally added some stitching to my card creations - as a Curtain maker this has been something ive wanted to do for ageeeeessss.... 

have you spoted my ruffle trim centred flowers.... im loving this stuff how cute does it look 

Ive also put a couple of cards together using the Post Card stamp - this is fab for quick thank yous or messages stamped onto card or as ive used it today layered onto a card...

i couldnt resist using it with Flower Shop - can you tell how much im in love with this set!!??!!

make my monday - paper piercing

I hope you've all had a lovely weekend... I spent Saturday with my lovely man hunting the shops for a swimming pool which was very unsuccessful :( then we went and spent the evening with my parents and had a lovely meal by the river... Yesterday we went to Hunstanton we had such a wonderful day walking along the beach, playing in the amusements... And of course eating fish and chips... Well back to Todays Make my Monday challenge - paper piercing Heres my card...

Happy Saturday crafters... I hope the sun is shining where you are, I'm going to have such a chilled day after a hectic weekend last week... I plan on crafting to my hearts content, I have thank you cards to make and some cute vintage teapot invites to make for a friend ill share them with you next week with lots of party inspired posts with pics from my sons racing themed party...

flower shop swaps

  Here are the swaps i made for a recent training event i attended, I made a total of 40 and in exchange received some gorgeous swaps ...

I used all 5 new in colours, with very vanilla ... My fav in colour is still baked brown sugar though...

I just love love love the flower shop stamp set and punch - had you guessed?? And it teamed well with the happy day stamp set too...
