‘Bloomin’ Marvelous’ Wine bottle tag
Morning crafters….
As you read this i shall be on route to a Stampin’ Up! training event, the wonders of technology and schedule post hey!!
As Ive told you in the past when us demonstrators meet we love to swap ideas with each other, this times theme is the up and coming ‘Sale-a-bration’ promotion – heres my swap (excludes bottle hehe)
The cute tag fits a small bottle of wine..
I thought id provide these instuctions for anyone interested in recreating the tags, there straight forward – they kinda needed to be with 40 to make!!!!
Cut base card at 14.8cm x 6cm score at 6cm
cut layer at 14.3cm x 5.5cm score at 5.5cm
as you can see from the pic above i punched my sentiment back ground layer and the scallop circle from my base, i did this to save on card – id advise you do these out of off cuts of card.
now your ready to stamp up the layer, i’ve used the Bloomin’ Marvelous Sale-a-bration stamp set – which is available for FREE with a £45 order from 22nd January.
punching the scallop circle for the neck of the bottle – from spare card stock punch a 1-1/4” circle, then punch the scallop circle 1-3/4” hoovering over circle centrally. you should end up with something like the pic below.. if ive made my instructions clear
now your ready to stick your stamped layer to your base card, make sure you line up your score lines.
Stamp out your sentiment – punch out with the small oval punch,
Glue scallop oval onto bottle tag.. at bottom ensuring short score line at top.
add sentiment – i used dimensional sticky pads…
Now punch out on small section circle using 1-1/4” circle punch – mark centre of top if easier to line up punch
now stick scallop circle on,
I cut out 40!! of these little flowers to finish off my tag… i embossed it to give it dimension… as below – then glued to edge of sentiment .
heres – my finished bottle tag… hope you enjoyed to days tutorial…

So I told you all the other day that sale-a-bration is coming very sooooooon how exciting it is, it starts on 22nd January, and i cant wait to show you all whats available for FREE this year – its BIG and more exciting than EVER before.
Today I thought I’d show you what I’ve been creating with one of the stamps from one of the FREE stamp sets.. some Thank you cards – which im sure youve all been busy making…
The cards Ive been making also tie in perfectly with the CAS-ual Fridays Challenge:
CFC84: Create a Clean And Simple Thank You card
I’snt the font gorgeous and the complete Stamp set is too but youll have to wait to see it – its so funky and i felt the stamp alone needed no frills so i came up with this design - just the stamp repeated and a diamonte for sparkle..
Each card features 4 inks in different shades of the same colour, rather than using different generations of the same ink – which could though look good too.
As I said before this years Sale-a-Bration is HUGE with more than just stamp sets for FREE, To earn Sale-a-Bration goodies for FREE during 22nd January – 22nd March spend £45.00 and pick a product for FREE – it really is that simple, Host a party with Friends, family, neighbours and colleagues and they get to share in the freebies too plus as the hostess you get even more FREE stampin’ up! goodies too.. with a £150 party sales youll get on top of the usual £25.00 Hostess credit a FREE pack of Silver glimmer Paper. £300 party sales youll get a FREE pack of silver glimmer paper, Plus a FREE product bundle plus the normal hostess credit of £50.00 and 1 item at 50% off…
Interested in hosting a party and earning lots of FREEBIES call or email me today on 01842 828643 / email.

Talking Tag
Today ive come to share more exciting news from Stampin’ Up! with a brand new exciting product… now you can personalise you creations with a voice greeting or personal message.. you can use them on birthday cards, Thank you cards, Invitations. The message can simply be what ever you want it to be – How exciting is this… The Tags are self adhesive and include instructions to the recipient, all you and the recipient need to do to use and listen to them is download the FREE app and scan the code. The great thing is you have 60 seconds of record time and you can re record until you are happy with you message.
How to send a voice message:
- Download the FREE TalkingTag™ App on you smartphone from talkingtag.mobi, iTunes® or Google Play™.
- Adhere the message tag to your card or gift.
- Open TalkingTag™ App and scan the code.
- Record your message (recording starts immediately, so make sure you’re ready!).
How to Buy Talking Tags:
Buy ‘em by the sheet! You get 10 tags for just £7.25 (item 129723).
Helpful Tips:
- Adhere Talking Tag to a flat surface, otherwise the scanner can’t read the code.
- Multiple tags can be attached to one surface, but don’t place them too close together. When scanning a message, you shouldn’t be able to see another code on the screen.
- Do not write or place any decoration over the label.
- Talking Tag has a permanent adhesive and cannot be repositioned once attached to a surface. Attempting to remove it could tear the label, making it impossible to listen to the content.
- A Talking Tag message label can only hold one message. Once a message is confirmed, it cannot be deleted or re-recorded.
Isnt this just the coolest most exciting thing weve had for a while – can are crafting get any more bespoke and personal???
Would like to get your hands on this exciting new product email me or call me 01842 828643 today to order your Talking Tags and start sending your personalised messages.
Thank you for coming bye today
